Projects > Brandon House

The project was a modernisation, involving new building services and seismic strengthening of an existing building and preserving the existing concrete structure. Three floors were added to the building constructed in timber. Schemes were originally developed for a removal and replacement with a new timber tower, but this was reconsidered to stripping the building back to the existing structure, providing a low carbon footprint for the renewal of an existing building.
